Through the unconscious, a person re-experiences themselves not as an observer of nature, but as its integral part. In dreams, consciousness does not merely reflect the biosphere but dissolves into it, revealing the primordial, prereflective connection of all existence, where the categories of the "human" and the "other" lose their distinctness. By studying dreams, I explore how the psyche processes eco-anxiety and intuitively strives to restore the lost connection with nature—a connection we can no longer perceive as an external object, but only as part of our vulnerable selves.
